Terms of Use

These terms of use apply to the HiHi TV : IPTV Player app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by the Service Provider (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service with optional premium subscriptions. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes.

License to Use

The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Use. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the Application or any portion thereof
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the Application
Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Application
Interfere with or disrupt the Application's functionality

Premium Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The Application offers optional premium subscription plans that provide enhanced features and an ad-free experience. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

Subscription Terms

Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary in countries other than the U.S., and prices are subject to change without notice.

Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your device's Account Settings after purchase. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the subscription fee at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. Free trials are offered once per user and cannot be reused.

Important: Subscriptions are handled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. To cancel or modify your subscription, you must do so through your device's subscription settings, not through the Application.

User Conduct

You agree to use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
Attempt to interfere with the Application's operation
Collect or harvest any information from the Application
Impersonate any person or entity
Violate any intellectual property rights
Use the Application to access or distribute copyrighted content without proper authorization

Content and Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed in the Application are the property of the Service Provider or their respective owners. The Application provides access to third-party content and streaming services through IPTV playlists. The Service Provider does not own, control, or endorse any third-party content accessed through the Application.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to access and stream any content through the Application. The Service Provider respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at support@ptvplayer.com.

Third-Party Services

The Application integrates with various third-party services including but not limited to:

Google Play Services
Firebase (for remote configuration and analytics)
Firebase Realtime Database
Google Analytics for Firebase
Firebase Crashlytics
RevenueCat (subscription management)
Apple StoreKit (in-app purchases)
Media Kit libraries (for video playback)

These third-party services have their own terms of service and privacy policies. The Service Provider is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

IPTV Content Disclaimer

The Application is an IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) player that allows you to stream content from playlists that you configure. The Service Provider does not provide, host, or control any of the content streams. You are solely responsible for:

Ensuring you have the legal right to access and stream any content
Verifying that any IPTV playlists you use are from legitimate sources
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding content streaming in your jurisdiction

The Service Provider does not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for any third-party content accessible through the Application.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Service Provider does not warrant that:

The Application will meet your requirements
The Application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
The results obtained from using the Application will be accurate or reliable
Any errors in the Application will be corrected
Any content streams will be available, accessible, or of a certain quality

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Application
Any unauthorized access to or use of the Application
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Application
Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Application
Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content
Any issues with third-party IPTV playlists or content streams
Any legal consequences arising from your use of the Application to access content

Refund Policy

All purchases made through the Application are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. The Service Provider does not have the ability to issue refunds directly.

For App Store purchases, you may request a refund through: reportaproblem.apple.com

For Google Play purchases, you may request a refund through your Google Play account within the time frame specified by Google's refund policy.

Termination

The Service Provider may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Application and cancel any active subscriptions.

Geographic Restrictions

The Application may be subject to geographic restrictions in certain jurisdictions. The Service Provider makes no representations that the Application or any content accessible through it is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Those who access the Application from jurisdictions where such use is restricted or illegal do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

Changes to Terms

The Service Provider reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. You are advised to review these Terms of Use periodically for any changes.

The current version of these Terms of Use is effective as of January 1, 2025 and supersedes all previous versions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms of Use will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service Provider regarding the use of the Application and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
